Dr. Shiffman's support of vital educational and humanitarian programs here and in
Israel is a legacy for which our community will be forever grateful.
Through the Millennium Campaign for Detroit's Jewish Future, Dr. Shiffman has
helped make day school education affordable to every Jewish child. Because of his
philanthropy, elementary and higher education will be strengthened here and in Israel.
With his example of compassion and generosity, the quality of life will be improved for
our people everywhere.
To Dr. Shiffman's wife, Lois, their family and the many people whose lives he touched
