Miller-Rose

Mr. and Mrs. Martin Miller of West
Bloomfield announce the engagement
of their daughter Rachel Elizabeth to
Scott Bradley Rose, son of Mr. and Mrs.
David Rose of Bloomfield Hills.
Rachel graduated from the University
of Michigan with a bachelor of fine arts
degree and is earning her master's degree

in art education from Wayne State
University. She, is employed by the
Rochester school system as a high school
art teacher.
Scott earned his bachelor of arts
degree from Ohio State_University. He
is employed by Coral Ridge Companies.
A July wedding is planned.

Bloch-Young

Amy Bloch and Roger Young were
recently married at the Atheneum in
Detroit. Rabbi Harold Loss officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Linda and
Ivan Bloch and the groom's parents are
Don Paul and June Young.
Judie Levitt, the bride's lifelong
friend, was the maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Erika Schwelinger,
Karen McCarty, Sharon Jamo, Elyse
Kolender, Alison Rodney and Priscilla
Hoelscher. Donny Young, the groom's

brother, was the best man. Groomsmen
were brothers Greg and Todd Young,
Steve Caton, Mark Allen
Brian.
and Ele Bardha. Also participating in
the ceremony were the bride's grandpar-
ents Mary and Harry Ehrlich. The
groom's nieces Rachael and Courtney
Young were the flower girls; Ryan
Young, his nephew, was the ring bearer.
The newlyweds honeymooned in
Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard and
reside in Birmingham.
