MILTON J. MILLER, 83, of Bay City, died Jan. 19. He was a graduate of the University of Michigan and the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine. During World War II, he served as a captain in the air force. He practiced medicine for 46 years in Bay City before retiring in 1982. Dr. Miller served as past president and honorary board member of Temple Israel in Bay City, past chairman of the Jewish Community Cemetery Association and past treasurer of the Jewish Welfare Federation. His community involvements included being a past president of the Bay City Rotary Club, past president of Studio 23, life member of the BPOE Lodge 88 and a member of the board of directors of United Way of Bay County. Dr. Miller performed with the Bay Chorale and Bay City Players and served on a committee for the Community Concerts Association. He was a life member of the Michigan and American Podiatric Association.
