Shayna is a stu-
dent at the Roeper
School in Bloomfield Hills and
attends Hebrew high school at
Congregation Shir Tikva. Her mitz-
vah project includes visiting a JARC
home once a week, which she has
been doing for six months. She
plans to continue these visits even
though her mitzvah requirements
are fulfilled. Shayna plays volleyball
and soccer, does art projects and
plays the piano.

Stephanie Jill Singer will celebrate
her bat mitzvah on Friday, Jan. 14,
at Temple Israel. She is the daughter
of Amy and Craig Singer and sister
of Allison and
Melissa. Excited
grandparents are
Deena and David
Fishman and Lois
and Milford
Singer. Very proud
great-grandmother
is Belle
Weingarden.
An honor student at Bloomfield
Hills Middle School, Stephanie likes
golf, tennis, skiing, snowboarding,
drama and dance. Her favorite
mitzvah projects were volunteering
at Yad Ezra and assisting at the
Flesichman Residence.
