Barbara Morse-Shopnick hosts a radio
show in Arizona.

Barbara hosts a talk show featuring
celebrities and local talent, with Mark
as her business manager. Proving help-
ful in her new role was her earlier
experience of hosting the cable show
Barbara Morse Community Views in
Michigan. She was also publisher and
editor of Mainstreet Magazine of
Oakland County. Barbara's current
radio program combines live talent
and on-air interviews.
"This has been a challenge as a talk
show host," the former West
Bloomfield resident writes in a letter
to the Jewish News.

CIRCLE OF FRIENDS
For its annual patron and luncheon
presentation, the Child Abuse and
Neglect Council Circle of Friends is
hosting guest speaker Lou Kasischke
11:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 20, at Glen
Oaks Golf Club in Farmington Hills.
Kasischke, a Mt. Everest survivor dur-
ing a. deadly storm, will speak on "The
Power of Will."
The event honors founding co-
chairmen Vicki Celani, Janet Grant,
Lois Shaevsky and Linda Sircus. •
Some of the committee members
include Connie Colman, Beth Gans,
Lynda Giles, Hilary Isakow, Cindy
Kahn, Gayle Kahn, Fern Kepes,
Carol Klein, Julie Nelson-Klein,
Judee Lewis, Janice Morganroth,
