Mr. Genden was a chemical engi- neer with Teledyne. He was a gradu- ate of Northern High School and attended Wayne State University, Texas A & M and the University of Michigan and had a master's in chemical engineering and rriechani- cal engineering. He was a volunteer with Meals on Wheels and an avid tennis player.
