The Sout field-based Jewish Association for Residential Care held a fall find-
raiser Oct. 24 at Detroit's Fisher Theatre. This year's event, which coincided
with JARC's 30th anniversary, was Lily Toinlin's one-woman show, "The Search
for Signs of Intelligent Life in the Universe." Two performances were sold out.
JARC's young adult committee hosted a twilight gala before the evening perfor-
mance. Below are JARC President Bill Cohen, executive director Joyce Keller,
