Dr. Plotkin was a 1951 graduate of the University of Detroit Dental School where he was the first Jewish class president and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Fraternity. He received a fellowship Dr. Plotkin in dentistry from the Academy of General Dentistry and was constantly taking classes to keep his skills up to date. Dr. Plotkin traveled all over the world and was a nationally ranked Midwest champion squash player and a lifetime member of Detroit Tennis and Squash. He is survived by his wife, Elaine MILTON R. RADNER, 90, of Southfield, died Nov. 16. He was a retired butcher.
