Joyce and Sidney Schulman of
Oak Park competed in the
National Senior Olympics in
Orlando, Fla., at the end of
October.
The Schulmans, both swim-
mers in the 65-69 age group,
qualified for the 50, 100 and
200 meter backstroke events
during the Michigan Senior
Olympics last year.
In Orlando, Sidney placed
third in the 50 back (41:8) and
second in the 100 back (1:35).
