The National Childhood ncer Foundation is offering
a line of holiday cards to benefit research into cures for
infants, children and young adults vvith cancer.
Childhood cancer patients and survivors submitted the
artwork during a yearlong nationwide contest.
The design of Liat Rothfeld, 16, of Hazlett, was one of
those chosen. Liat was diagnosed with leukemia two
years ago and after a bone marrow transplant at MSU-
Sparrow Hospital in Lansing is in remission.
