Saturday, Nov. 6,

Tifereth Israel in
Columbus,
Ohio. She is the
daughter of Gigi
and Sam Fried,
formerly of West .
Bloomfield.
Molly's proud
grandparents are Sol and Sylvia
Panush and Helen and Zoltan
Fried. Participating in her ceremony
will be her sisters Eva, Orly and
Susanna and her brother Jake, who
was her bat mitzvah tutor.
Molly is an honor student at
Bexley Middle School in Columbus,
where she plays the oboe in the
school band. She enjoys art, kick-
boxing and caring for animals.
Molly's mitzvah projects include
nurturing injured animals in the
Smokey Mountains and volunteer-
ing at Canine Companions for
Independent Living.

Jamie Beth Kohen and Howard Stuart
Blank were married recently at Wabeek
Country Club. Officiating were Rabbi
Dannel Schwartz and cantorial soloist
Penny Steyer.
Walking down the aisle were proud
parents of the bride William and
Marilyn Kohen and proud parents of
the groom David and Ilene Blank.
Jamie and Howie were honored to have
grandparents Seymour and Ethel
Shapiro walk down the aisle as well.
Rebecca Akst served as maid of
honor. Bridesmaids were Beverly Blank,
sister of the groom; Jenny Slate and
Tracy Solow.
Brian Naftaly served as best man.
Groomsmen were Robbie Kohen,
brother of the bride; Adam Naftaly and
Steven Kroll. The flower girls were
Jordan and Sydney Aronovitz.
Following a honeymoon cruise in the
Caribbean, the couple reside in north
Chicago.
