Dante Lanzetta is a manager in charge
of training at Global Information
Center, Business Decision Support
Center for General Motors
Corporation. He is a 25-year
Birmingham resident. Elected to four
consecutive terms as a city commis-
sioner, beginning in 1985, he served
as mayor in 1987-88 and 1994-95.
He has served the city and the area in
a number of positions including as a
delegate to the Southeast Michigan
Council of Governments, as a mem-
ber of the Ad Hoc Committee to cre-
ate Birmingham Principal Shopping
District and Downtown Action Plan
and as a member of the Yes For
Birmingham Committee. He is mar-
ried and has three children.

Jason Lewiston, 31, a 10-year resi-
dent, is a residential builder and real
estate broker. He is the president of
Lewiston Realty Inc. He is married.

Neighborhood Services and Legislative
Committee. Jordan is a past co-chair of
the Black/Jewish Community Dialogue
Seder of the Anti-Defamation League,
Homeless and Abused Women and
Children Team Director and a board
member of Search for Life.

Sidney Lantz is a Southfield city coun-
cilman who is a 34-year resident. He is
single with three children. Lana is a
member of the Police and Fire Civil ser-
vice Commission and Jewish War
Veterans of Michigan. He's a board
member of the Southfield Symphony.

Eleanor Cattron Smith, 44, is a self-
employed litigation attorney. She has
been a Southfield resident for 19 years.
She is a widow with three children.
Smith is president of the Southfield
Housing Commission, a board member
of the Southfield Non-Profit Housing
Corporation and a former vice president
of the Homeowners Coalition.

Dianne M. McKeon, 58, is an adminis-
trative assistant at Devon Gables Lodge
& Apartments Inc. The 24-year resident
is president of the Village Players and a
member of the Birmingham advisory
parking committee. She was appointed
to the Birmingham Principal Shopping
District board in 1997. She is married
and has one daughter

Scott Moore, 47, is a self-employed
attorney who serves as counsel with
the law firm of Goldstein Litt
Slinger. The life-long resident is the
current mayor and was originally
elected to the commission in 1995.
He is also the director of both the
Foundation for Birmingham Senior
Residents and the Birmingham
Community Coalition. He is a par-
ticipant in the lay trialogue that is a
part of the National Conference for
Community and Justice. He is mar-
ried and has one daughter.

Robert L. Willis Jr., 52, is an assis-
tant attorney general for the State of
Michigan. He is married with four
children and has been a resident of
Smithfield for 16 years. Willis is a
former board member of United
Way Community Services, former
president, newsletter editor and
membership chair for the local
NAACP, and is currently a board
member of the Lula Belle Stewart
Center.

Marilyn Williams, 48, is a U. S.
postal worker. She has an associate
degree in business and is attending
UOP for a bachelor's degree in man-
agement.
Williams has previously served
the community as a volunteer and
chairwoman of the elections corn-
mission and worked with the 2000
Census Bureau. A seven-year resi-
dent of Southfield, she is the
divorced mother of two children.

has been married for 28 years.

Leon Pratnicki, 74, is semi-retired,
teaching part time at Central
Michigan University. Currently a
commissioner, the 37-year resident
of Huntington Woods has served the
community as a zoning board mem-
ber and volunteered on the public
transit board and advising students.
Pratnicki has been married for 45
years and has four children.

Mary White, 39, a 15-year resident

of Huntington Woods, holds a bache-
lor's degree in nursing and is studying
for her master's degree to become a
nurse practitioner in family practice.
Currently a commissioner, she has
served the community as a volunteer
teaching an annual city-wide CPR pro-
gram and teaching cardiovascular health
to a number of city groups. She also
volunteers in the schools teaching per-
sonal safety and stranger awareness.
White is a past board member at
Congregation Beth Shalom and remains
active. She has been married for 15
years and has three sons.
