ongratulations to Shiro Kresch of Oak Park, grand prize win-
ner of the poster contest for this year's Jewish Book Fair.
Shiro, 6, is in second grade at Hillel Day School of Metro-
politan Detroit in Farmington Hills. The daughter of Lynn and Ari
Kresch and the sister of liana, Marissa and Julia, Shira enjoys art,
dance and animals.
In addition to winning the Book Fair AppleTree cover contest,
Shira won a recent contest to design a card for the Yad Ezra kosher
food bank and a Jewish News coloring contest. According to her

mom, Shira is "a great kid."
Thank you to everyone who sent entries.
