in Southfield.
He also is a clin-
ical assistant
professor of
medicine at
Wayne State

Dr. Ilana Kutinsky received the
Outstanding First-year Fellow Award
from the University of Colorado
Health Science Center in the division
of cardiology.

Dr. Elliot Luby was awarded the
Michigan Mental Health Association
Career Service and Achievement
Award. Luby is an adjunct professor
of psychiatry and law at Wayne State
University's schools of medicine and
Luby also is president of
Comprehensive Psychiatric Services
PC, a multidisciplinary mental health
organization in Farmington Hills.

Susan Mitchell, daughter of Mary
Mitchell and the late Dr. Merle
Mitchell, recently received her doctor-
ate degree in clinical psychology from
Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa
Barbara, Calif. She maintains a private

who received a grant from the Jewish
Fund to expand health and human

Detroit. Edelson received $100,000

longstanding diabetes mellitus.
