A Some Of Their Own

S

oon, Chelsea Clinton will be
sleeping in the bedroom of
recent University of Michigan
graduate Emma Weisberg.
That's because Weisberg's parents,
Dr. Jerry and Cheryl Weisberg of
Chappaqua, N.Y., in Westchester
County, just sold their home to
Chelsea's parents, President Bill and
Hillary Rodham Clinton.
The 100-year-old stately manor house
has 11 rooms, including five bedrooms, a
paneled library, a pool and an exercise
room. The price was $1.7 million. More
importantly, the home will give Hillary
Clinton a New York address so she can
) run for the U.S. Senate from that state.
The residence is located about 45 minutes
from New York City.
When the Clintons came to explore
the home for the final time before signing
on the dotted line, Emma Weisberg had
an opportunity to meet them. It seems
she had a nice chat with Chelsea.
Unfortunately, come November after the
closing, there is not likely to be any traces of
the University of Michigan's Maize and Blue
around. Unless, of course, Chelsea decides
to transfer from Stanford University in
California to U-M. ri
