Faculty for the colloquium will include Israel political leader Shulamit Aloni, founder of the Israeli civil rights movement; Ze'ev Chafets, Israeli journalist and author; Professor Dan Cohn- Sherbok of the University of Wales, Reform rabbi and writer on Jewish themes; Marcia Falk, creator of new Jewish liturgy that includes a femi- nist perspective; Tirzah Firestone, rabbi of the Renewal movement; Yaakov Malkin of the College for Pluralistic Judaism/Jerusalem and the organizer of Secular Judaism in the Jewish State; Professor Jack Jacobs of City University of New York, scholar of Jewish radicalism in Eastern Europe; and Rabbi Sherwin Wine, founder of Humanistic Judaism.
