IN MEMORY OF ROSALYN BERKE
SEPTEMBER 24, 1998
AS WE LOOK BACK UPON OUR LIVES
NO MATTER WHEN OR WHERE
AT EVERY PART OR STEP OR STAGE
OUR MOM WAS ALWAYS THERE
SHE MADE US FEEL SO SAFE AND LOVED
HER KINDNESS MEANT SO MUCH
WE STILL CAN HEAR HER WORDS. OF CHEER
AND FEEL HER GENTLE TOUCH
WE CAME TO HER WITH ALL OF OUR HOPES
AND SPECIAL DREAMS AND PLANS
HER PRIDE IN US WAS PLAIN TO SEE THAT
SHE WAS OUR BIGGEST FAN
GOOD NEWS THAT WE HAD TO CELEBRATE OR
HOPES THAT WERE SHATTERED
OUR MOM ALWAYS KNEW JUST WHAT TO
DO TO SHOW US THAT WE MATTERED
THE LOSS OF OUR MOM HAS BROKEN OUR HEARTS
FOR THEY WILL NEVER EVER MEND
WE'RE GRATEFUL THAT WE HAD HER AS OUR MOM
AND SHE WAS ALSO OUR VERY BEST FRIEND
Dear Mom,
Words cannot describe the hurt that we feel of not having you in our
lives. We long for you so. You were and will always be the most awesome mom in
the world. We are proud and honored to have called you mom: We miss just
seeing you, touching you, and talking to you. Our hearts ache for you.
You have left us with awesome memories that we will carry with us
forever. And we will make sure that your grandchildren know just how amazingly
special of a person that you were. You were the most beautiful person inside and
out. We will always miss you and your love.
Thank you for being the best mom and friend in the entire world.
Our forever love,
Your loving children and grandchildren
