Together

MAY OUR COMMUNITY BE INSCRIBE

FOR A GOOD AND SWEET YEAR...

t's not just individuals who pray for a happy
and healthy new year. Communities do too.

Take your Jewish Federation, for example.
We pray that we'll be able to help every
youngster who seeks a Jewish education and
every older adult who desires a decent and
ecure quality of life.

e pray that every Jewish family will experience
e joys of our tradition and that Jews across th
ntire spectrum of belief will come together to
reserve and strengthen the institutions
equeathed to us.

Wepray for communal health, too: that our visit
of the future remain clear, that our hearts be fill(
with compassion for those in need, that our bacl l
be strong for the challenges that confront us.

Of course, we know our prayers must be
accompanied by action — by planning and fund
raising and volunteering time and resources to
make all those good things happen.

On the eve of Rosh Hashana 5760, please join u
in our prayers. And may you and those who are
dear to you be inscribed in the Book of Life.
