CARY LEVY

Honorable Menschen profile by Ronelle Grier

NI

itzvahs just come naturally for some people
and, fortunately for Ryan Rosenfeld, Cary
Levy is one of those people.
When Cary volunteered for the "Special Friends"
program sponsored by Jewish Family Service, he really
didn't know what to expect.
Neither did 5-year-old Ryan, Cary Levy enjoys
time with his Jewish
nor his mother Sue, a single Family Service
parent living in West "Special Friend"
Bloomfield. She wanted a male Ryan Rosenfeld.
role model for her son, someone
Ryan could look up to and count on as a friend. Happily,
1 1 /2 years later, the two have formed a bond exceeding
everyone's expectations, including their own.
