The 1999-2000 Young Leadership Cabinet is made up of Scott Eisenberg, Paul
Silverman, Rabbi Steven Weil, Judge Helene White, Steven Weinstock, Janis Roszler,
Eugene Sherizen, Gene Goodman, Suzan Folbe Curhan, Steve Schanes and
Jonathan Frank. Cabinet members not pictured are Hadas Bernard, Heidi
Fischgrund, Brian Hermelin, Terri Farber Roth, Eli Saulson, David Schostak and
Aaron Sherbin.

he Jewish Federation of Metropolitan
Detroit's Young Leadership Cabinet has
appointed its 1999-2000 chairs.
Scott A. Eisenberg has been named
chair for the Detroit area Men's Young Leadership
Cabinet of the United Jewish Communities (for-
merly the UJA). Eisenberg began his Federation vol-
unteer career as a board memebr of the Young Adult
Division in 1987.
He went on to become YAD president and has
served in many leadership positions throughout the
organization. He is treasurer of Jewish Vocational
Service and a member of the Jewish Community
Center strategic planning committee.
Janis Roszler has been named the 1999-2000
chair for the Detroit Area UJC Women's Young
Leadership Cabinet. Roszler has served in numerous
leadership positions in Federation's Women's
Department. She is a board member of Jewish
Vocational Service and Akiva Hebrew Day School.
She was a bus captain on two Miracle Missions to
Israel.
