So that's why we'll be having exciting services (in
Hebrew and English) at the Maple-Drake JCC, a
children's program, a warm environment with
friendly people—and a serious Kiddush after ser-
vices.

Services are free and you're invited, but you need
to call The Shul at (248) 788-7131 and register.
The possibilities for High Holiday spiritual con-
nections are infinite, but seating is limited. (Rosh
HaShanah and Yom Kippur are September 10-12
and 20-21.)

So get seats for a warm Minoan while they're still
hot.

In last week's story "Hillel Day
School Taps New Leadership
Team," four names were mis-
spelled. Stefanie Blechman, a
Hillel graduate, is the daughter
of Doris and Frederick
Blechman — he's the day
school's new president. Among
those newly elected to the board
of directors were Ken Goss,
Denise Kalt and Rabbi Elliot
Pachter.

Yom Kippur option. It's for the entire corn
munity, a place for anybody to feel comfort-
able. Because everybody should have a place where
they could feel at home on the High Holidays. We
feel strongly about that.

Gary D. Lichtman of Farmington
Hills has been asked to join the
University of
Detroit Mercy as
