Lansky-Yaker
Erica Lansky and Michael Yaker were
recently married at Temple Israel in
West Bloomfield. Officiating were
Rabbi Harold Loss of Temple Israel and
Rabbi David Nelson of Congregation
Beth Shalom.
The bride is the daughter of Gail and
Donald Lansky of West Bloomfield. The
groom is the son of Elaine and Barry
Yaker of Huntington Woods.
Kelli Turner, longtime friend - of the
bride, was the maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were sisters-in-law Jennifer
Yaker and Margie Yaker; future sister-in-
law Julie Kushkin; Lisa Ratner, cousin
of the bride; Anat Aszodi, Val Boreland,
Jenny Kellman-Fritz and Kari
Lichtenstein, friends of the bride.
Daniel Yaker, the groom's twin
brother, was the best man. Groomsmen
were Brad Yaker and Josh Yaker, broth-
ers of the groom; Todd Lansky, brother
of the bride; Andrew Edelson, Kevin
Frankel, Eric Lefkofsky and Andy
Sommers, friends of the groom.
The ring bearer was Zachary Yaker,
nephew of the groom. Erica and
Michael were also proud to have their
grandparents Ruth and Alvin Lippard
and Shirley and Max Wayburn partici-
pate in the ceremony.
Erica and Michael enjoyed a honey-
moon in Hawaii and now reside in "
Chicago.
