of Farmington Hills and Barbara
and Ronald Coburn of Bloomfield
Hills are delighted to announce the
engagement of their children Kari
Beth and Nicholas Scott.
Kari earned her bachelor of arts
in psychology from the University of
Michigan and her master of arts in
clinical psychology from the
University of Detroit Mercy. She

will return to UDM this fall to pur-
sue a doctorate in the same field.
Nicholas earned his bachelor of sci-
ence in civil engineering from the
University of Colorado and his juris
doctor from the University of
Detroit Mercy. He is employed at
Agree Realty Corporation in
Farmington Hills.
An Oct. 23 wedding is planned at
Andiamo Italia.
