long as the public really realizes that

whom he seems to be taunting.

Band Bash at Meadow Brook Music

tening ... But hearing over - 100 talented
Detroit Symphony Orchestra members
doing their musical thing with this
great sound was another reason to be so
proud of our world-class orchestra.
Jazz enthusiasts heard very fine
songs from Ellington, Basie
Gershwin, Glenn Miller, Tommy
Dorsey and Benny Goodman ... And
stomped in rhythm to the likes of
DSO members Matt Michaels on the
piano and Larry Nozero on sax, both
localite ork leaders, among many oth-
ers, on songs that will live forever.
