'256/146$10111ffillaNea:*si arry Moss doesn't have a one-track mind exactly, but all the roads of his after-work journeys generally lead to roaming around cars. A car club organizer, collector and occa- sional racer, Moss will serve as the 1999 and 2000 chairman of the Meadow Brook Hall Concours d'Elegance, an auto extravaganza in its 21st year. Although the main event occurs Sunday, Aug. 1, there's a whole series of activ- ities to celebrate the automobile. "This show will be like no other show," says Moss, 48, senior vice president of Roney & Co. "We're featuring a collector car auction, historic races, automotive art and fashions. Of course, to me, the car show is always the most important." ELEGANCE on page 70 7/30 1999 Detroit Jewish News 67
