Climbing To A
Higher Level

The presenter, dressed in mountain-
climbing garb, swung a rope over his
shoulder and began to symbolically
climb a 10-foot photo of a moun-
tain in the clouds.
The 33 participants of the June
27 Inward Bound national Jewish
seminar joined Rabbi Yeh-udah
Shemtov in a metaphorical climb to
higher levels of the soul.
Many of those attending the five-
hour seminar, hosted by The Shul, a
spiritual learning center in West
Bloomfield, returned for a follow-up
program titled "Kabbala for
Dummies."
For information, call Itty
Shemtov, program director of The
Shul at (248) 788-7131.
