Hod received a bachelor's degree in education administra- tion, Bible and Hebrew language, with special- ization in special and adult educa- tion, from Nava Hod Tel Aviv University. In addition, she attended State Teachers College, Seminar Hakibbutzim, receiving a senior teacher designation in early childhood, elementary and high school art and science and a special- ization in music and art therapy,. Hod attended Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, and received her teacher's certificate for K-6 as well as a master's degree in counseling edu- cation and vocational rehabilitation.
