investor, world traveler — died June
30. The Bloomfield Township resident
was 78.
An adventurer, "he had an insa-
tiable curiosity about everything and
everybody," said son Dr. James Lesser.
His son said Dr. Lesser "lived his
life to the fullest, traveling to 104
countries, including a 28-day trip

Dr. Lesser was a dentist for 55 years
and an investor in apartments, motels
and shopping centers.
The Detroit native was a graduate
of Central High School, Wayne State
University and the University of
Michigan Dental School. He was a
lieutenant in the Navy in World War
II.
