She described her son, who died of heart failure June 13 at age 31, as "a totally devoted father, son and hus- band." His wife Elizabeth "Liz" Weinberg added, "He worked so hard to provide for his children," Lance Weinberg referring to daughter Ruby Grace and a baby daughter due in September. Mr. Weinberg, of Birmingham, was a commercial real estate developer for Mela Development Company in Birmingham and had just been appointed to the Birmingham Planning Commission. I. SHEILA COHEN, 69, of Southfield, died June 12.
