Rona earned her bachelor of science degree in business from University of Arizona. She is employed as an account executive at New Boston Systems in Chicago. Scott also received his bachelor of science degree from University of Arizona. He is employed as a sales asso- ciate at Inrecon in Northbrook, Ill. A July wedding is planned. The cou- ple will reside in Chicago. Holly Beth Shay and David Keith Rotter were recently married at Temple Beth El. The bride's cousin Rabbi Amy Brodsky, Rabbi Daniel Syme and Cantor Stephen Dubov officiated. The bride is the daughter of Jack and Zelda Shay of Southfield. The groom is the son of Dr. Norman and Harriet Rotter of Bingham Farms. Stacey Alexander was the matron of honor and Denise Gold was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Lisa Rotter and Audrey Freid. Amanda Alexander was the flower girl. The best man was Michael Rotter, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Steven Rotter, brother of the groom, and Michael Mansour. Jake and Max Rotter, nephews of the groom, were the ring bearers. Nanci Shay, sister of the bride, accompanied her grandmother Annie Mintz down the aisle. Following their honeymoon in Hawaii, the couple reside in Royal Oak. Stacey is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and is pursuing a career in family practice in Kansas City, Mo. Todd obtained his bache- lor's degree in business at Missouri Western State College. He is the owner of Data Services, a company in Kansas City. A July wedding is planned at Temple Israel. Jocelyn Foster and Ira Margolis were recently married at the Ritz Carlton in Dearborn. The ceremony was officiated by Rabbi Irwin Groner and Cantors Chaim Najman and Sidney Rube of Congregation Shaarey Zedek. The bride is the daughter of Ms. Trudy Foster of Bloomfield Hills and Mr. and Mrs. Norman Foster, also of Bloomfield Hills. The groom is the son of Geraldine (Duckie) Margolis of West Bloomfield and the late Dr. Jerry Margolis. The bride's sister Lisa Foster was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were the groom's three sisters, Marci Canvasser, Robin Pluto and Andrea Stillman, as well as friends Alesia Swider and Parvine Ghandchi. The best man was Jeffrey Stillman. The groomsmen were Charles Canvasser, Eric Drumm, Brad Levin, John Pluto, Chris Ryan and Thomas Yaczik. The ushers were Fred Binder and John Horner.
