Gives Talk

Aaron Miller, deputy Middle East
coordinator in the State Department
responsible for Israel's negotiations
with the
Palestinian and
Arab states, will
be the speaker at
Bar-Ilan
University's next
lunch and learn
at noon Tuesday,
May 11, at the
Max M. Fisher
Federation
Building.
Miller's lec-
ture will be part of the university's
ongoing lecture series. Committee
members include Michael Balkin,
Ted Efros, Michael Eizelman, Susan
Goldenberg, Alan Muskovitz, Joshua
Opperer, Steve Rotenberg, Linda
Schafer, Jeff Schwartz, Aaron
Sherbin, Julie Sherizen and Marvin
Zucker.
Since 1985, Miller has served as
an adviser to four secretaries of state,
helping formulate U.S. policy on the
Middle East and the Arab-Israel
peace process. Miller served on the
State Department's Policy Planning
Staff, the Bureau of Intelligence and
Research and the Office of the
Historian. He has received the
department's Distinguished,
Superior and Meritorious Honor
awards.
There will be a charge for the
