REUBIN LEVIN„ 81, of Huntington
Woods, died April 25.
Mr. Levin was the owner of Sherwood
Lumber Company. He was a member of
Adat Shalom Synagogue and B'nai B'rith.
He is survived by his wife, Annette
Levin; daughters and sons-in-law Dr. Lynn
Levin and Stanley Oshinsky of Maryland,
Amy Levin and Philip Syrett of Venice,
Calif; sons and daughter-in-law Dr. James
and Pam Levin of California, Mark Levin of
California; grandchildren Jessica, Jillian and
Andrew Levin, Samuel Syrett, Scott
Oshinsky; sister Rose Glick; sisters-in-law
Sylvia Freshman and Ethel Marx.
Mr. Levin was the loving brother of the
late Gertrude Cohen and the late Eva
Sukenic and the dear brother-in-law of the
late Seymour Joffe.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.

MOLLIE MILLER, 85, of West
Bloomfield, died April 27.
Mrs. Miller strived to be an independent
woman, in spite of her lifetime as a diabetic.
As a teenager, she rescued a baby abandoned
in a field and delivered it to authorities.
She was active in Na'amat, USA. Despite
her failing vision, she was high bowler in her
Temple Israel bowling league. In recent
years, she participated
in craft activities and
made gifts for her
family.
She is survived by
her daughters and
sons-in-law, Sandy
and Sherwin
Schreier, Vickie and
Marshall Waller;
brothers and sisters-in-law Samuel and
Jean Cascade, Maurice and Joan
Cascade; grandchildren Mark (Margaret
Marchak) Schreier, Jay (Michelle)
Schreier, Lee Ann (Bob) Galowich,
Elizabeth (Scott Moussey) Schreier,
Martin (Lauren Rothbart) Lederman,
Ruth Lederman, David Lederman,
Andrew Waller and Alison Waller; seven
great-grandchildren.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Edward Miller and loving mother of the
late Reva Lederman.
Services and interment were held at
Hebrew Memorial Park. Contributions

LYLE PARR, 64, of Farmington Hills,
died April 25. Mr. Parr was an attorney
and a past president of Temple Emanu-
El.
He is survived by his wife, Marge
Parr; sons and daughters-in-law Rabbi
Jordan and Cynthia Parr of Georgia,
Aric Parr and Deita Besemer of Oak
Park; daughter and son-in-law Faith Parr
and Steven Shapiro of Florida; grand-
children Rebecca and Sarah Parr, Asher,

Olivia Barris; brother and sister-in-law
