I'm a popcorn addict. I can eat it for a quick snack or when watching a movie (nothing is better then eat- ing popcorn while watching a movie). If I'm feeling a little bit decadent and not in the mood for anything conventional, it's even been dinner. Actually, popcorn can be really good for you. Low in calories and high in fiber, it's truly a great snack if you air pop it and don't pour on the salt and butter. Lately, I've been experimenting with a few interesting recipes I found on the back of a jar of Orville Redenbacher's. I've discovered a whole new world of what I like to call "quasi-healthy junk food." These are the kind of recipes you fool your- self into thinking are good for you because at least one of the ingredi- ents is low in calories or high in fiber. Of course, I'm not saying that any of the following recipes are bad for you; but anything that tastes this good had to have just a few calories attached to it.
