RUTH ABRAMSON, 80, of
Lantana, Fla., died Mar. 29. Mrs.
Abramson was a member of B'nai
B'rith.
She is survived by her sons and
daughters-in-law, Dr. Samuel
Abramson of West Bloomfield,
Kenneth and Rita Abramson of West
Bloomfield, Robert and Nancy
Abramson of Flushing, N.Y.; grand-
children Robin Abramson, Jeffrey
and Jodi Abramson, Jeremy
Abramson, Sarah and Jurgen
Mueller, Deborah Abramson, Lauren
Abrams and Stephanie Abrams.
Mrs. Abramson was the beloved
wife of the late Bernard Abramson
and the loving grandmother of the
late Larry Abramson.
Interment at Beth Moses

Detroiter, died March 30.
She is survived by her son, Dr.
Joel (Laura) Bernstein; daughter Dr.
Louise Rosenbaum; grandchildren
Jason, Adam, Brent, Matthew;
brother Richard (Floraine) Shields.
She was the beloved wife of the
late Dr. Samuel Bernstein and sister
of the late Monroe (Francis)
Sheinberg.

in Illinois.

SAMUEL BUTENSKY, 93, of
Southfield, died April 5.
He is survived by his nieces and
nephews, Rebecca Weiss, Ben
Lubkin, Florine (Edward)
Karabenick, Rene Linden, Yvette
Firstein; many loving great-nieces
and nephews.
Mr. Butensky was the beloved
husband of the late Jennie Butensky.
Graveside services were held at
the Beth Tefilo Emanuel Cemetery.

ETHEL COLEMAN, 75, of
Madison Heights, died April 2.
She is survived by her daughters

Dukhovnaya of Oak Park; grandchil-
dren Maxim and Kirill Nikonov.

KATHERINE FARR, 84, of Miami
Beach, died Mar. 30. Mrs. Farr
worked at the Detroit City Hall and
for 10 years and operated Farr Tours
in Miami Beach. She was active in
theater in Detroit.
Mrs. Farr is survived by her son
and daughter-in-law, Martin E. and
Barbara Zweig of New York; grand-
children, Zack and Alex Zweig and
their mother Mollie Zweig; brother
and sister-in-law Perry and Ethel
Schwartz of Walled Lake.
She was the beloved wife of the late
William Farr and the late Sidney Zweig.
