Mrs. Greene worked for 34 years as chief of design, displays and publicity for Himelhoch's department store. She also worked as a fabric designer and was a for- mer member of the American Institute of Designers. She authored a book on children's gar- dening and won several awards for floral design. She was a graduate of Wayne State University and a lifelong member of Temple Beth El where she volunteered as a religious school teacher. Mrs. Greene is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Stuart Greene of Phoenix, Donald and Betty Greene of Bloomfield Hills; grandchildren Jody and Steven Richmond, Laurie and David Blume, Susan Greene, Lucy and Baruch Rafael, John Greene; great-grandchildren, Hannah Blume, Sarah Blume and Amanda Rafael.
