Gurecki-Kruger

Kimberly Sue Gurecki and Richard
Edward Kruger were recently married at
the Links at Pinewood. Rabbi David
Castiglione of Temple Beth El officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Marvin
and Arlene Gurecki of Farmington
Hills. The groom is the son of John and
Geraldine Kruger of Chicago.
Stacey Welford, sister of the bride,
was the matron of honor. The brides-
maids were Debbie Porter, Laurie
Zeidman, Debbie Weintraub, Darcy
Lockman, Angie Martin and Jessica
Topper, cousin of the bride.
Ed Mellet was the best man. The

groomsmen were Mike Kruger, brother
of the groom; Bruce Welford, brother-
in-law of the bride; Bob Caza; Dave
Lyngholm, Greg Zuercher and Eric
Sato. Cousins of the bride Harold
Nodler, Mike Nodler, Randy Topper
and Aubrey Topper held the chuppah.
Kimberly and Richard were honored
to have Molly Levin, grandmother of
the bride, Lillian and Robert McKenzie
and Carl and Evelyn Stone, grandpar-
ents of the groom, participate in the cer-
emony.
The couple honeymooned in Grand
Cayman and reside in Novi.

Schmitz were recently married at Bay
Pointe Country Club. Rabbi Norman
Roman of Temple Kol Ami officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Melvin
and Lori Strager of Farmington Hills
and the late Edward Strager.

is the son of Roy Schmitz and Barbara
Schmitz.
After graduating Phi Beta Kappa
from the University of Michigan, the
bride earned her CPA certificate and is
working for Arthur Andersen in
Detroit. The groom graduated from the

University of Michigan with a bachelor's
and master's degree in nuclear engineer-
ing. He is marketing director at AAR
Corporation in Livonia.
The bride's sister, Debra Klein of
Chicago, was the matron of honor; and
Israel Chouinard of Escanaba was best
man. Also participating in the ceremony
were bridesmaids Kim Schmitz and
Julie Cooper, usher Steven Klein and
the groom's grandparents Evelyn and
Murray Schmitz and Susan Millard.
The couple honeymooned in Hawaii
