Myra Jacobs has been
appointed 1999
Detroit chapter president of
the National Society of Fund-
Raising Executives. She is the
executive director and
founder of the National Bone
Marrow Transplant Link in
Southfield.

Kevin B. Hirsch has
joined the firm of
Vercruysse Metz &
Murray as an associ-
ate. Hirsch is a cum
laude graduate of the
University of
Michigan Law
School, where he was
the recipient of a
Certificate of Merit
Award for outstand-
ing performance in
jurisdiction and
choice of law in
1998. He practices in the
areas of labor and employ-
ment litigation on behalf of
private and public-sector
employers.

Jonathan Liebman has
become president of the
Specs Howard School of
Broadcast Arts in Southfield. He will
remain executive director of the
school and will accept a new seat on
the board of directors.
