field, died Jan. 15. Mrs. Wechsler
was a docent at the Detroit Institute
of Arts and a member of Congrega-
tion Beth Shalom. She is survived by
her husband, Dr. Norman Wechsler;
daughter, Ellen Wechsler; sons and
daughters-in-law, Dr. Jonathan and
Dr. Rinah Wechsler of Las Vegas,
Sander and Lisa Wechsler of Grand
Rapids; grandchildren, Jared and
Jason; brothers and sisters-in-law,
Martin and Sheila Wolfish of Toron-
to and Norman and Elaine Wolfish
of Ontario.
Interment at Beth Tefilo

CARL WOLFE, 84, formerly of

Detroit of Delray Beach, Fla., died
Jan. 8. Mr. Wolfe was a 32 degree
Mason, a member of the Perfection
Lodge, organized and was president
of the Michigan Club in Delray
Beach and a member of the Knights
of Phythias and B'nai B'rith. Mr.
Wolfe is survived by his beloved wife
of 62 years, Lillian; son and daugh-
ter-in-law, Michael and Nancy
Wolfe; daughter and son-in-law,
Linda and Joseph Sterns; grandchil-
dren, Leslie Wolfe, Eric Wolfe, Kari
Sterns, Lisa Sterns; great-grand-
daughter, Indigo Wolfe.
Contributions may be directed to
a charity of one's choice.

RUTH ALICE YOST, 83, of South-

field, died Jan. 15. Mrs. Yost was a
member of Adat Shalom Synagogue,
the Northwest Child Rescue
Women, League of Jewish Women,
JARC and Women's American ORT.
She is survived by her sons and
daughters-in-law, Farrell and Carol
Yost, Alan and Beverly Yost and
grandchildren, Shari, Robert and
Zachary Yost. Mrs. Yost was the
beloved wife of the late Nathan Yost.
Interment at Adat Shalom Memo-
rial Park. Contributions may be
directed to the Northwest Child
Rescue Women or JARC. Arrange-
