engagement of their daughter Rebecca
to Timothy Black, son of Jerry and
Louise Black of Columbia, Mo.
Rebecca completed a bachelor's
degree from University of Michigan
and a master's degree in public policy
and planning from University of

Oregon. She is a planner with the
Willamalane Parks and Recreation
District, Springfield, Ore. Tim corn-
pleted a bachelor's degree from
Grinnell College. He is an inter-gov-
ernmental analyst for the city of
Eugene, Ore.
Rebecca and Tim will be married
in August in Oregon.
