For the seventh year, the Greater Detroit Chapter of Hadassah turned its
offices in West Bloomfield into a haven or shoppers of gently worn clothing.
The sale'sproceeds were used to buy a fl infant intensive care system with
monitors and accessories for theP ediatric oncology unit at Hadassah Hospital

Plans Minyan

Film Series
Starts Season

There will be a beginner's minyan
for men 9:15 a.m. Sundays at the
Sarah Tugman Bais Chabad Torah
center, starting Jan. 10.
There will be a bagel breakfast

introduce the
series and dis-
cuss two films
dealing with
Dan Greenberg
Anne Frank.
On Jan. 17
the audience will view Anne Frank
Remembered. The following
Sunday, Jan. 24, The Attic: The
Hiding of Anne Frank will be
viewed.
All evening programs will be fol-
lowed by coffee and there is no

Kindergarten
At Emanu-El

A kindergarten informational break-
fast will be held at Temple Emanu-El
8:45-9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 20.
Enrollment materials will be avail-
able. Temple Emanu-El offers a regu-
lar academic morning kindergarten
along with a full-day enrichment
option. The enrichment class is avail-
able two to five afternoons per week
and focuses on art, science, cooking
and social studies. The curriculum
emphasizes student-created materials,
small learning centers and a maxi-
mum one-to-eight adult-child ratio.
Judaic studies and oral Hebrew
are also part of the curriculum.
Extended care and lunch care are
available for both full and half-day
