He was the founder of Argo Paint and Chemical Company, the founder of Argo Business Forms, a co-founder of Deluxe Data Printers, the founder of Argus Coatings and Chemical, the founder of Argo International, Inc. in Interlochen, Mich., and the founder of 500 Plastics, Inc. in Sault Ste Marie. Mr. Novick was an avid sailor, a member of the Great Lakes Club and was in the Coast Guard during WW II.
