The Menorah Show, an invitational art show
of one-of-a-kind handmade menorahs, created by
30 talented local and national artists will begin
on Nov. 30 at the Somerset Collection South, Troy.
Janis Wetsman, of the Wetsman Collection in Birm-
ingham, is curator of the exhibit.
"What I was trying to do was give our wonderful
artists in the Detroit area a vehicle for more exposure.
I chose national and local artisans who represent the
art community," said Wetsman.
Sponsored by The Jewish Federation of Metro
Detroit and the United Jewish Foundation in honor
of the 100th year anniversary of the organized Jewish
community in Detroit, the exhibit will run through
Dec. 13. All menorahs on display will be available for
purchase.

Editor's note: In our second gift guide to be published on Friday,

Dec. 4, we will feature three additional artists from the exhibit.
