Gemorrah Study
For Women
Rabbi Eliezer Cohen will facilitate a
class on Gemorrah for women only. All
levels of learning or religious obser-
vance are welcomed. Knowledge of
Hebrew is helpful, but not necessary.
The classes will be held 8-10 p.m.
every Sunday at the Sandler residence,
25207 East Roycourt, Huntington
Woods.

Tzedakah
Donations
There's still time to participate in the
Jewish Federation's "Simply Tzedakah"
Chanukah tribute program, which links
local families to Jews around the world
through the Allied Jewish Campaign.
Instead of a gift on one night of
Chanukah, a minimum $18 donation
can be made to the 1999 Allied Jewish
Campaign in honor of a loved one,
friend or anyone, child or adult.
Campaign gifts benefit many pro-
grams and services relating to chil-
dren, older adults, people with disabil-
ities, new Americans, refugees and sin-
gle-parent families.
Those honored by the contribution
will receive a certificate and a small
gift from Federation. Gina Horwitz
chairs the project.
Checks should be made payable to
the Allied Jewish Campaign and
mailed prior to Dec. 1 with recipient's
name and address and the donor's
name and address to Tanya Mazor-
