BRANDI JOY MITOCK, 15, of
Woodland Hills, Calif, died Nov. 5.
She is survived by her parents, Mari-
jane and Mark Mitock, formerly of
Detroit; sister Danielle Mitock. She
was granddaughter of the late Bluma
and Lou Ronson.
Interment at Mt. Sinai Memorial
Park, Los Angeles.

ROBERT J. NOVAK, 60, of West
Bloomfield, died Nov. 5. Mr. Novak
was a Systems Manager at EDS. He
was also a member of Birmingham
Temple and the Franklin Racquet
Club. Mr. Novak is survived by his
wife, Anita Novak; sons and daugh-
ters-in-law, David and Heidi Novak of
Northville, Steven and Rebecca Novak
of Troy; grandchildren, Sophia,
Nicholas, Elizabeth; father and step-
mother, Harry and Sharney Novak of
Winckor, Ontario, Canada and sister
and brother-in-law, Nancy and George
Miron of Arlington, Va. He was the
beloved husband of the late Bessie
Novak.
Interment at Beth El Memorial
Park. Contributions may be directed
to the American Cancer Society and
the American Diabetes Association.

Chapel.

BETTY KOVINSKY PASSMAN, 97,
of Farmington Hills, died Nov. 7. She
is survived by her son and daughter-
in-law, Howard and Joyce Passman of
Windsor, Ontario, Canada; daughter,
Charlene Colbert of Farmington Hills;
grandchildren, Elliott (Robin) Pass-
man, Daniel. (Patty) Passman, Alan
Colbert, Dr. Jeffrey (Debbie) Colbert,
Dr. Gregory Colbert; great-grandchil-
dren, Andrew, Michael and Megan
Passman, Lauren & Andrew Colbert.
Betty was the beloved wife of the late,
Morris Passman and grandmother of
the late, Mark Passman.
Services were held at the Clover
Hill Park Cemetery Chapel. Interment
in the cemetery. Contributions can be
made to the charity of ones choice.

MARION SMITH, 98, of South-
