Lunch Meetings

For the first time, Kadima had its own sukkah. Through arrangements of
BBYO volunteer Ilene Lubin, the B'nai B'rith Center of Community Action
Committee built a sukkah at Kadimas Irving and Sarah Pitt Home in
Southfield. Assisting was the B'nai B'rith Youth Organization. Due to
inclement weather, Kadima's sukkah open house for clients was moved to Adat
Shalom Synagogue; Rabbi Herbert Yoskowitz presented an explanation of holi-
day customs. Chair for the Kadima Sukkot activities was Merle Schwartz.
