Rogawski-Schweitzer
Mr. and Mrs. Sam Schweitzer of San
Diego, (formerly of West Bloomfield),
are happy to announce the engage-
ment of their daughter Dr. Julie
Schweitzer to Dr. Michael Rogawski.
Dr. Schweitzer earned her Ph.D. at
the University of Massachusetts,
Amherst and is an assistant professor
in the Department of Psychiatry at
Emory University School of Medicine
where she conducts research in neu-
roimaging in psychiatric disorders and
directs a program in adult attention
deficit disorders.
Dr. Rogawski earned his M.D. and
Ph.D. at Yale University and is chief
of the Neuronal Excitability Section of
the National Institute of Neurological
Disorders and Stroke where he con-
ducts research in epilepsy and basic
pharmacology
