Heidi Christein, archivist of the
Rabbi Leo M. Franklin Archives of
Temple Beth El, will be guest speaker
at a sponsored by the Temple's Beth
Elders, noon Tuesday, Oct. 20 in the
temple's Handleman Hall. The lun-
cheon is another in a series of events
held in conjunction with the archival
exhibit, "Rabbi Leo M. Franklin:
The Man and His Message, celebrat-
ing the legacy of the man who served
the congregation from-1899 to 1941.
Christein will speak on "The
Franklin Era." A guided tour of the
exhibit will follow.
The community is welcome.
