tions, part of the Formula Group, the
largest public information technology
group in Israel.
TVB is part of the TVB Group in
Hong Kong and already distributes
five channels by satellite to Taiwan's
existing cable operators. Now it is to
offer Digital Direct-To-Home services
in Taiwan.
Yaron Polak, president and CEO of
Wiztec Solutions, noted that this is
the first project of Wiztec Solutions in
Taiwan, which is one of the leading
Pay TV markets in Southeast Asia,
and said it paves the way for addition-
al projects.

Jerusalem (JPFS) — The international
insurance brokerage J&H Marsh &
McLennan plans to acquire Loewen-
thal Sagiv Ben-Zur, a Tel Aviv-based
risk management and insurance bro-
ker, the two firms announced.
Loewenthal Sagiv Ben-Zur, whici -i=/\
also has offices in Jerusalem and
Haifa, is the largest independent bro-
ker in Israel.
In a joint statement, Elhanan
Loewenthal, chairman of the Israeli
firm, and Robert Solomon, chairman
of J&H Marsh & McLennan's inter-
national specialty operations, said that
"this merger will allow us to serve
best interests of our large Israeli
clients, as well as the J&H Marsh &
McLennan global clients who are con-
tinuing to invest in Israel."
