SinG r s tudents in the Akiva Hebrew Day School nursery and kindergarten, along with 1 teachers Lissie Rothstein, Susie Goldman and Rivkah Nachias, recently visited with residents at Elan Village in Southfield. As the afternoon began, a chorus of tiny voices sang Rosh Hashanah songs to the senior citizens, after which the children presented the residents with flowers and New Year% cards. At the conclusion of the program, the two groups joined for cookies and juice, with the little ones promising to return. Akiva nursery and kindergarten students sing for Elan Village residents.
