Temple Kol Ami is offering adult
education courses:
"A New Look at an Old Book"
will be presented by Rabbi Jonathan
V. Plaut 7-8 p.m. on Thursdays, Oct.
1-22. Students will explore biblical
stories from the viewpoint of the
writer.
"Beginning Hebrew" will be
offered 7 p.m. Thursdays, Oct. 1-
Dec. 10. Lynne Roman will teach
the Hebrew alphabet and some
prayers to beginning level students.
Rabbi Amy B. Brodsky will
explore Jewish history, life cycle
observances, holidays, and God con-
cepts in Kol Ami's "Introduction to
Judaism" course 8-9:30 p.m.
Thursdays, Oct. 1-Dec. 10,
Introduction to Judaism is designed
for all who are interested in learning
about Judaism, including those con-
templating conversion to Judaism.
